Concentricity Checking Device

Precisely developed Concentricity Checking Device is used to determine uniformity of wall thickness of pipe or tube. The even thickness of cylindrical component or pipe or tube wall is measured to assess its pressure withstanding capacity. In short, concentricity is the measurement unit of complex tolerance level in geometric perspective. The entire body of this device is made of standard grade cast iron. It consists of a number of ‘V’  shaped blocks with height modifying facility, completely sealed bearings, hold down arm with spring loaded design and easy to modify length stop system. Its adaptable yoke assembly is used to apply clamping pressure on different parts as per their dimension.
